At BlackFever, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in re-sellable condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must not be custom-printed, personalised, or marked as final sale unless it is faulty or defective.

Returns are free of charge. We will provide a pre-paid return label once your return request is approved.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or labels.

  • DTF-printed or made-to-order items, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

  • Any item returned after 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the status.

  • If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping upgrades (if any) are non-refundable.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

  • We go beyond this by offering a 30-day return window for added peace of mind.

  • If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, even after the initial 14 days, up to 6 months from delivery.

We also comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, ensuring all return instructions are clear and fair.
